By installing or using the Cyberkent application you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Cyberkent is a companion app for the Cyberkent cyber‑security event. It provides the venue map, the session schedule, a personal QR entry pass, the CyberAqcha points wallet, the gift shop, the live stream and event announcements. The app is not a bank, a payment service or a marketplace.
Items in the shop are exchanged for points only; the app does not process money, bank cards or any real payments. Availability is limited and shown as stock. An order is completed when you collect the item at the venue and the seller scans your code. Items are given as they are; the organisers may replace an item with an equivalent one if stock runs out.
Your entry code is personal and must not be handed over to another person. The code is short‑lived and refreshes on screen. Attempting to enter with someone else’s code, a screenshot or a copy is a violation of the event rules.

If these terms or the event rules are broken, the organisers may restrict access to the app, cancel points or close the account. Where possible you will be told the reason.
The schedule, map, news and shop items are event information and may change. The app depends on a network connection and on our servers; we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, and the service may be unavailable during maintenance.
The app is provided “as is”. The organisers are not liable for indirect losses caused by use of the app, for loss of points due to circumstances beyond our control, or for the content of third‑party services (for example, the live stream platform).
You may stop using the app at any time and delete your account from Profile → Settings → Delete account. Deletion also removes your points balance and order history; see the Privacy Policy.
These terms may change. The new version is published at this address with a new “Last updated” date. Continuing to use the app means you accept the change.

Istalgan vaqtda foydalanishni to‘xtatishingiz va hisobni o‘chirishingiz mumkin: Profil → Sozlamalar → Hisobni o‘chirish. O‘chirish ballar balansi va buyurtmalar tarixini ham o‘chiradi — Maxfiylik siyosatiga qarang.
Shartlar o‘zgarishi mumkin. Yangi matn shu manzilda, yangi “oxirgi yangilanish” sanasi bilan e’lon qilinadi. Ilovadan foydalanishni davom ettirish o‘zgarishga rozilik hisoblanadi.

Cyberkent — приложение-спутник мероприятия по кибербезопасности Cyberkent. Оно даёт карту площадки, расписание сессий, личный QR-пропуск, кошелёк баллов CyberAqcha, магазин подарков, прямую трансляцию и объявления мероприятия. Приложение не является банком, платёжным сервисом или торговой площадкой.
Товары в магазине обмениваются только на баллы; приложение не работает с деньгами, банковскими картами и реальными платежами. Количество ограничено и показывается как остаток. Заказ завершается, когда вы получаете товар на площадке и продавец сканирует ваш код. Товары выдаются как есть; при исчерпании остатка организаторы могут заменить товар равноценным.
Код входа личный и не передаётся другому человеку. Код короткоживущий и обновляется на экране. Попытка войти по чужому коду, скриншоту или копии — нарушение правил мероприятия.
Вы обязуетесь не:
При нарушении этих условий или правил мероприятия организаторы могут ограничить доступ к приложению, аннулировать баллы или закрыть аккаунт. По возможности вам сообщат причину.
Расписание, карта, новости и товары магазина — информация мероприятия и может меняться. Приложение зависит от сетевого соединения и наших серверов; бесперебойная работа не гарантируется, во время технических работ сервис может быть недоступен.
Приложение предоставляется «как есть». Организаторы не несут ответственности за косвенные убытки от использования приложения, за потерю баллов из-за обстоятельств вне нашего контроля и за содержание сторонних сервисов (например, платформы трансляции).
Вы можете в любой момент прекратить пользоваться приложением и удалить аккаунт: Профиль → Настройки → Удалить аккаунт. Удаление стирает также баланс баллов и историю заказов — см. Политику конфиденциальности.
Условия могут меняться. Новый текст публикуется по этому адресу с новой датой «последнее обновление». Продолжение использования означает согласие с изменением.
