This policy explains what data the Cyberkent mobile application collects, why it collects it, who it is shared with, how long it is kept and how you can delete it. Cyberkent is a companion app for the Cyberkent cyber‑security event: venue map, session schedule, QR entry pass, the CyberAqcha points wallet, the gift shop and event notifications.

The app does not request access to your location, contacts, SMS, call log, photo gallery, microphone or files.
The following never leave your phone: the app lock PIN (stored as a salted hash), the “biometric lock on/off” setting, the chosen interface language, the cached copy of your profile and downloaded images, and the device key. Uninstalling the app removes them.
We do not sell your data, do not pass it to advertising networks, and the app contains no advertising or analytics SDKs.
All traffic between the app and our server runs over an encrypted connection with a pinned server key. Cyber Quiz data is sent to Google Firebase over HTTPS. The device key is held in the Android Keystore. Passwords are stored hashed, never in clear text. Sign‑in from a new device requires a one‑time code sent to your e‑mail.
Data is kept while your account exists. You can delete the account at any time: Profile → Settings → Delete account. Deletion is confirmed with a code sent to your e‑mail, and it removes your profile, CyberAqcha balance and transaction history, orders and event registrations.
You can also request deletion without the app by writing to fsaidov167@gmail.com from the e‑mail address used for the account. We will complete the request within 30 days. Accounting records that we are required by law to keep may be retained for the statutory period in a form that is not linked to your profile.
Cyber Quiz data is stored separately in Google Firebase and is not removed automatically when you delete your account. To have it deleted, write to fsaidov167@gmail.com; we will delete it within 30 days.
The app is intended for event participants aged 13 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from younger children.
You may request a copy of your data, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, by writing to the contact address above.
If this policy changes, the new version will be published at this address and the “Last updated” date will change.

Biz ma’lumotingizni sotmaymiz, reklama tarmoqlariga bermaymiz; ilovada reklama va analitika SDK’lari yo‘q.
Ilova va server orasidagi butun trafik shifrlangan ulanishda, server kaliti pinlangan holda ketadi. Cyber Quiz ma’lumotlari Google Firebase’ga HTTPS orqali yuboriladi. Qurilma kaliti Android Keystore’da saqlanadi. Parollar faqat xesh ko‘rinishida saqlanadi. Yangi qurilmadan kirishda e-pochtangizga bir martalik kod yuboriladi.
Ma’lumot hisobingiz mavjud bo‘lgunicha saqlanadi. Hisobni istalgan vaqtda o‘chirishingiz mumkin: Profil → Sozlamalar → Hisobni o‘chirish. Cyberkent — приложение-спутник мероприятия по кибербезопасности: карта площадки, расписание сессий, вход по QR-коду, кошелёк баллов CyberAqcha, магазин подарков и уведомления мероприятия.

Приложение не запрашивает доступ к геолокации, контактам, SMS, журналу звонков, галерее, микрофону и файлам.
Следующее не покидает телефон: PIN-код блокировки приложения (в виде хеша с солью), настройка «биометрическая блокировка вкл./выкл.», выбранный язык, кешированная копия профиля и загруженные изображения, ключ устройства. При удалении приложения они тоже удаляются.
Мы не продаём ваши данные и не передаём их рекламным сетям; в приложении нет рекламных и аналитических SDK.
Весь трафик между приложением и сервером идёт по шифрованному соединению с закреплённым ключом сервера. Данные Cyber Quiz передаются в Google Firebase по HTTPS. Ключ устройства хранится в Android Keystore. Пароли хранятся только в виде хеша. При входе с нового устройства на почту отправляется одноразовый код.
Данные хранятся, пока существует ваш аккаунт. Удалить аккаунт можно в любой момент: Профиль → Настройки → Удалить аккаунт. Удаление подтверждается кодом с вашей почты и стирает профиль, баланс CyberAqcha и историю переводов, заказы и записи на мероприятия.
Запросить удаление можно и без приложения — напишите с почты аккаунта на fsaidov167@gmail.com. Запрос выполняется в течение 30 дней. Отчётные записи, которые мы обязаны хранить по закону, могут сохраняться установленный срок в виде, не связанном с вашим профилем.
Данные Cyber Quiz хранятся отдельно в Google Firebase и не удаляются автоматически вместе с аккаунтом. Чтобы удалить их, напишите на fsaidov167@gmail.com — мы удалим их в течение 30 дней.
Приложение предназначено для участников мероприятия от 13 лет. Данные детей младшего возраста осознанно не собираются.
Чтобы запросить копию данных, их исправление или удаление, напишите на указанный выше адрес.
При изменении политики новый текст публикуется по этому адресу, а дата «последнее обновление» обновляется.
